Hello! My name is Eva Williams, and I am President of The Irwin Business and Professional Association (“IBPA”).  The IBPA is an all-volunteer group that promotes the health and vitality of Irwin, Pennsylvania. 

 

Annually, the IBPA organizes many free events that are open to everyone.  Our group organizes numerous shopping events, a family-oriented St. Patrick’s Day event, a big Spring car cruise, three street markets, free concerts in the streets, a pet Halloween trick or treat and costume contest, a ladies night event with free limo rides, and we top it all off with a Christmas cookie tour with horse drawn carriage rides. The IBPA also supports a HUGE holiday light up celebration.  You don’t need to be a resident of Irwin to come to our events, we welcome everybody, far and wide!
